My Place, Coolum is a great spot for breakfast.
Right across from the beach and a handful of scrumptious sounding breaky options. It was actually difficult to choose which one to go with!
I chose the Mediterranean baked eggs which had spicy chorizo and potato in a rich chilli tomato sauce. The chorizo was juicy and the hot sauce definitely woke my palate for the day. I saved my bread to mop up the sauce at the end.. and managed to drop it on the ground right before I went to eat it! Saved me the carbs I guess.
A freshly squeezed orange juice kept it fresh. Shame there isn’t a green juice option but it did give me an early morning sugar hit.
