We ate ere last night after a recommendation from a local at our hotel bar and it was great!
We started with oysters, can’t go wrong there. There were two types and the Fanny Bay were by far the best. The other was quite bland. Washed down with a cool apple cider by Angry Orchard – my fave.
Lucky Carso and I had separate beds as I hear oysters are an aphrodisiac!
I love ceviche! It was on the menu so I grabbed a plate. It was fresh as tasty – just as it should be.
It was Taco Tuesday so I had a fish taco and a calamari taco. Calamari was great. Washed this lot down with a raspberry mojito – yum!
Great atmosphere as there was a super cute server who was putting up with our ridiculousness.
Stay at Humphrey’s Half Moon Inn on Shelter Island and dine here – perfect night away.
