My last day in Vancouver, hangover as can be, Ka Lei & Kieran took me to Yolk where I’ve wanted to go for AGES.

Oh my goodness it was delicious!

I ordered the special of the day, pork belly with poached egg and hollandaise sauce with a side of lemon truffled potatoes. And an extra poached egg. A-mazing!

All of our meals were incredible, assisted with the two jugs of fresh orange juice we ordered. Best way to kick off a hangover!

Yolk only serve poached eggs, they’re perfect. To make them perfect they’re double poached. No idea how that works, but it does.
