Sweet Baby Jesus. I had heard the rumours about the delicious truffle pizza that they have here but I didn’t realise how good it really was!
We went late one night and started with bread sticks and fat olives. We followed with the duck ragyu and the best pizza I have had yet in Brisbane, the Tartufo. Tartufo has mozzarella, smoked bacon, portobello mushrooms, stracchino and truffle paste. Ommmmm.
So good indeed, that when three of us were in need of a lay day last week and wanted something amazing (and easy) for dinner that we went straight to Julius and ordered two to take away.
